REBATE ProgramDetails and Tips1) It's easy! Simply email or call me to inform me you would like to participate in my Buyer Rebate Program. Then use the excellent property search tool on my site, or any other site you prefer to locate homes that interest you. 2) If you prefer to drive through areas before contacting me, use the address and Map provided with each listing as a reference to drive by the home and check out the area. Pay attention to details such as ... b) Are you comfortable with the placement of the home on the lot, and its distance to the homes next door? c) Are you comfortable with the street...is there enough parking...is the street too busy? d) Do the parked cars, and other homes in the neighborhood appear well kept? e) Are you comfortable with the people you see walking and driving by? f) Is there easy access to schools, shopping and major roadways? 3) When you are ready to see inside properties, email or call me, I will then setup the appointments and show you the Homes you've chosen. 4) We will meet at the first property on your list of homes to see. You will also need to provide me with a copy of your Loan Pre-Approval Letter, which shows that you have taken the important step of working with a Lender to get your loan in place, and are ready to purchase. Sellers will NOT accept an offer from a Buyer who does not provide a Pre-Approval Letter. If you need help with a lender, please contact me. I work with several, excellent Loan Officers from various companies that can assist you. Completing the above step 4 will entitle you to receive your Rebate.. REBATE ExamplesHow is it that I can offer you a Rebate? Today, the listings are readily available online which allows you to locate properties yourself. You can also do some of your own research on your areas of interest, by using the tools on my website. This allows you to take care of some of the up front details on your own without the assistance of an Agent, plus receive a nice Rebate! Once you are ready to submit an offer, my Experience, Knowledge, and Superb Service are put to work for you to allow you to obtain the Home at the best possible price and conditions… you'll get up to 1% of the purchase price back after Settlement! Rebate Samples. The percentages shown is the Commission Amount the Seller is paying my company. For example, if you purchase a home for $300,000, and the Seller pays a 3% commission to my company, then your rebate will be $3,000, as shown on the chart below. You will receive your Rebate Check approximately 7 to 10 days after Settlement. For properties that pay less than a 2.5% commission to the selling agent, the rebate is zero dollars. Re/Max Advance must be the selling broker on your final Settlement sheet; Jules Sabenorio must be your Buyer's Agent.
